Noticed this this morning, the 150 text service is not working, when I text Number or Balance I just get a text back saying ‘sorry it hasn’t been possible to process your request, please call 150’.
I was able to login to my account without issues but this 150 text is handy on the go.
Anyone else having issues?

Could you try restarting your phone and trying it again this morning please? Let me know if it's any better.
