Hi there,
I am travelling abroad, I recently have a new SIM which works in the UK but i am in Singapore and it seems to not connect to cellular network at all.
I've re-set network settings etc.
With this I cannot send any text messages to activate roaming.
Can this please be fixed ASAP - thank you so much in advance!

Hi @Jcur88
You'll need Skype on wifi and the number in my signature to speak to EE CS during UK working hours.
You need to ask EE to activate roaming.
You can check roaming costs here: https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile/roaming/roaming-costs
Thanks
To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Are you on PAYG or pay-monthly? And what was the reason for the new SIM? Was this a lost/stolen replacement, or was there another reason?
If you're on PAYG, the SIM needs to be used on EE's UK network to activate roaming before it will work abroad/
If on pay-monthly, EE CS can manually enable roaming but you will need to contact them via another means - either another working phone, or a web-calling app such as Skype.
