Hi ,paid for a roaming pass while I am here in Rhodes but my phone is picking up Turkcell so I will get charged .what do I do please

Roaming in Hungary

I have a UK number. I paid £30 pay as you go plus £10 roaming. Cannot make a single call from here. It says, number barred. Cannot even call 150 ! Any idea how to sort this out ?

On holiday and have no signal

Resolved! Not registered on network

I recently moved back to EE from BT as I got a new Galaxy Flip 5 phone. But I can't make calls or send or receive texts as I am not registered on the network  - That's the message I get when I try. I can't even call 150 to ask for help. What do I do?
