Did you mean:

30 minutes from anywhere

EE offers calling from abroad in these terms:
30 mins from anywhere    Monthly    £7.82

30 roaming minutes to call or receive calls from UK mobiles and landlines (starting 01, 02, 03) from anywhere abroad every month.    Add

I bought this add-on for a trip to Spain.  I found that calls were charged as if the add-on did not exist.

On complaining I was told Spain is not included in 30 mins from anywhere.  I thought Spain was part of Everywhere.  No exclusion is shown in the offer.  This seems to be outright deception.  Has anyone else had a similar experience?

The "30 mins from anywhere" add-on is not applicable to the EU. It is absent from https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile/roaming/roaming-costs/countries/spain . Instead you will be charged £2.29 for each day you use any of your UK allowances unless you buy the Roam Abroad Pass.

Of course I know that now.  My point is that the information was not available when I bought the add-on.  In fact I was deceived into buying an add-on that was completely worthless.

I consider this to be a deceptive selling tactic by EE in contravention of the law on remote selling.
