Hello I am having this exact same problem did changing your SIM solve your issue?  I have been trying to call EE all day but can't get through, it's so difficult to speak to someone.

Unable to receive texts

Hello i have the same problem . i m able to call , receive phone calls and send text messages but i m not able to receive text which is very important for me. Did u sort it ?
