can not get through to any one at EE

I am also having this problem but can not get through to any one at EE - I just kept getting lead down a path that eventually cuts me off and says goodbye ! Can anyone help please ? Tia

Resolved! Modem Delivery

Ordered a 5g modem with unlimited SIM. Received a delivery today via DPD in envelope containing only a Sim card. Do they normally send modems/sims in 2 package or one?
