Resolved! abroad

I am currently in Turkey, I believe I have got the EU roaming on my account.Does it cover Turkey?If not what is the best way to enable me to use my phone?

Can’t make phone calls , I can see full signal and 4G.

My data isn’t working in Itsly

I have arrived in Italy and my data isn’t working? I have an iPhone 13 and purchased a EE SIM card in the UK but it says it should work in Italy?  Any suggestions?Thank you!Canada

I’ve just started having the same problem I’ve got unlimited minutes but it’s not letting me make calls or call 150 did you resolve the problem If so do you mind letting me know how please,thanks

No signal

I have added roaming to my account. I have just arrived into Benidorm and my phone won’t work. Anybody any idea how to sort it
