Resolved! Cannot Dial or receive calls in France

Phone has stopped receiving or dialling calls in France cannot contact EE numbers Text and WhatsApp all work but cannot even dial voice mail, tried all settings and turned phone on and off. This same issue with the wires phone

No network

Hi I amcurrently in Spain and I now have no network I called proper to leaving  and told your Cole aye I was here until tomorrow can you help me please?
