Resolved! Using your phone in Cape Verde

Is there a pass I can put on my EE 24month sim only  contract as they aren't in the EU and I don't want to be subjected to a 300 quid bill for doing a few emails and calls like someone I knew got, so is there a add on or pass ??

With new ee the additional sims you get with unltd data if you have bb are the speeds capped?
