Phone usage

Unfortunately I had by phone stolen whilst on holiday and now the insurance company what evidence of usage, how do I get   /  download the data?

Resolved! Roaming on pay monthly

I'm due to fly to Poland in 2 weeks and was just checking my "roaming" but apparently this is already added on with my contract, so does that mean I won't incur any additional charges? It doesn't really make much sense.
