Re: Incoming calls go straight to voicemail.

I am having this problem too. Only recently started happening. Get a voicemail message but nothing in missed calls or mobile ringing. This has to be a technical issue on the EE side.

Roaming setup but not working in Australia

We setup roaming for Australia via EE CS before leaving UK on my wife’s mobile as she is account holder. Now in Australia and roaming does not  work - it was wrongly setup by CS and after call on my phone to CS yesterday were told it should now work....

Can get data sometimes but not make calls in canada

I have roam enabled and can get 4g data but not make any calls. It is sos only or very low bar on manual selection. Though 4g appears. All calls fail even when manually selecting the network. Any help gratefully received as I can’t phone ee to get he...

Roaming abroad

I do not have access to roaming abroad and I am not sure why. I have an iphone and have tried changing the settings however I still do not have internet. Can anyone help please?thank you
