EE's network has gone backwards by 10 years

i am having the same problem and been on the phone multiple times 

and at the end of it all been told to leave ee as they can't be botherd sorting the problem 

my latancy is constantly over 700ms and makes doing anything imposible

700ms is steep, but should still be (with some limits) usable...

With such big latency, I will guess, that your Broadband will be sure not Full Fibre (FTTP) but an older format of connection, and You already troubleshoot anything inside your home network?

Could You shine a little bit of light on it?

tried with multiple devices on 4g not wifi like a lot of people like to say
