Resolved! Can't make international calls from the UK

I cannot make any international calls when I'm home in the UK.I can make calls in the local country when travelling but then cannot rung the UK.I have set a caller allowance and do not have international calls barred. Cannot see another setting that ...

i am having the same problem and been on the phone multiple times and at the end of it all been told to leave ee as they can't be botherd sorting the problem my latancy is constantly over 700ms and makes doing anything imposible
