Roaming packsge

My partner and I have bought a £25 roaming package, for a family trip to Australia. But it doesn't work. Not sure why and we cannot get in contact with E E!!! Ant suggestions of help most welcomed.

not receiving OTP

My phone is no longer receiving messages with OTP from websites like PayPal etc. I have restarted my phone, reinserted my SIM card. I have been travelling but still have a UK phone number but for some reason it has suddenly stopped working.
