Hi, I also faced it. Their behaviour is very rude, treated us like slaves. And same thing happened to us. Aqil named male told me I am replacing your lost SIM and everything will be sorted. Then we found at the end of the month with a lots of increased bills! And they warned us like that if we don't pay the bills we'll be black listed for six months! How come!

I am sorry to hear you have received increased bills.
Are you aware if the charges on your bill were made from someone who had your lost SIM?
When you open the bill to view your extra charges, is the date of the charges after you notified customer care?
