I AM ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED BY EE. I WOULD LIKE MY ACCOUNT TO HAVE THE ROAMING AS DISCUSSED ON FRIDAY 10th JULY 2026 WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE TO BE GRANTED MY TÜRKIYE ROAMING. I HAVE CALLED UP CUSTOMER SERVICE (CS) TO DISCUSS THIS MATTER AND YET AGAIN THEY HAVE STATED THAT THE PACKAGE I AM ON DOES NOT INCLUDE THIS. I HAVE LITERALLY ASKED THE CS PRIOR TO UPGRADING MY PACKAGE THAT I WOULD REQUIRE THE ACCESS TO INCLUDE TURKIYE, ON WHICH THEY HAVE SAID YES IT WILL INCLUDE IT. HERE NOW IN TÜRKIYE UNABLE TO USE MY ROAMING AS PROMISED. @ee @CustomerService I WOULD LIKE A CALLBACK!!

Posting in all capitals on the internet is widely regarded as shouting - therefore both rude and unnecessary.
Please check your caps lock. Oh, and this is a public internet forum where no-one has access to your account... you won't get the callback you're rudely demanding.
You should contact the same CS you've already spoken to, and take your complaint up with them.

Hi @AMese
If roaming is activated on your account you should have received a txt on arrival with roaming costs so technically you could roam if you purchase the package. You can then address this when you return.
https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile/roaming/roaming-costs
There is no account access on these forums and as directed you will need to speak to EE CS on 150.
Thanks

What is the name of the plan you are on?
No one will contact you from this user discussion group other than thro' the medium of these forums by posts such as this. Anyway we haven't the faintest idea who you are. You need to phone CS.

@AMese So if you have world wide roaming as part of your tariff as turkey isn’t in EU did you text ROAMING to 150 to have roaming enabled on your account? Having a tariff that has roaming included doesn’t mean that roaming is enabled on your account until you enable it. So did you enable roaming by sending the text while you were in the UK ?
It’s all in the EE app under help and you see this
The most important part here is how can anyone call you when you are saying you don’t have a working connection. A call from anyone including EE is a call that needs a working connection.
