I recently went from apple to samsung and I am receiving messages fine and I am able to make phone calls and when I sent a message it says sent on my end but nobody is receiving my messages

Try sending a text to yourself - is this received within <30seconds?

Is there a pattern to the users who get delayed receipt? Any particular network?
