We have an issue where EE users in our building cannot make calls with wifi calling.  The issue affects multiple users.  We are not an EE customer and therefore unable to get through to you by phone.  We would be grateful if we could have your contact details.

EE CS are on 150 from an EE mobile, or 0800 0798586 from any other phone - although their ability to troubleshoot will be very limited without an EE user reporting the issue.

What is the problem that EE users in your building are having?

Hi @rmogan

If this impacts more than one EE customer then it is clearly your company WiFi/firewall.

Thanks

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone. You can call Freephone +44 800 079 8586 on Skype

EE users can't make wifi calls. Users of other networks e.g. Vodafone can.  The firewall does not make any distinction between EE and Vodafone.  Both use udp 500 and 4500.  I can see the tunnels are built but the users can't call.  I was hoping an EE employee would pick this up.  If not I will have to try and get one of the users to call for me.

Thanks

Do the users get the WiFi-calling indicator? Is there existing coverage in your building?
