Hi , I am unable to send text messages on my Samsung phone, A52S 5G , I have just upgraded the text system when prompted to do so . I can send a message to another mobile; but not to a premium number ,to enter a competition. This has never been a problem in the past .
I have increase my spend cap but still get the same error message .Error message is, Not sent

What do you mean by "upgraded the text system when prompted to do so"?
Have you been able to send messages to (presumably) 5-digit shortcodes in the past?

When I went to send the text it asked if , I wanted to upgrade to new text system. So I am using a newer version of the text system.
Yes I have always been able to send messages to 5-digit shortcodes in the past?

Hi @tonyluton
You may need to call Customer Service where a guide can check all our account settings are open for Premium rate text messages.
They can also refresh your SIM card with a network update to make sure it is set up correctly.
