No service, no personal hotspot, can’t make calls even in wifi

I upgraded my phone to the iPhone 15 yesterday, I still have no service, no access to my 5G and even with WiFi calling enabled I can’t call EE for support. Had this happened to anyone else? Can anyone provide any advice?
