I don't use this service; with other operators the deactivation process was simple and efficient. Here I did the deactivation, but I keep receiving daily notifications of messages in my voicemail, when I check I don't have any, I already went to two shops, but the lack of knowledge or lack of desire to solve limited the service, the last attendant said it was a SAMSUNG problem, even though I knew I didn't make contact, SAMSUNG confirmed that it is a case of my EE PROVIDER, I switched to the S25U and the problem continues, I have already contacted by email and so far no solution.

EE don't have a CS email address, so not sure who you think you've emailed.

Try calling yourself from another phone and leave a voicemail. Wait for the notification, then call your voicemail and listen to the message. Then save it or delete it, terminate the call.

The notification should clear. Does it?

@GENIOUK

It should be the case that texting VM OFF to 150 turns off voicemail, try that after the suggestion above.

Yes, all the contacts I've made reply that they can't help, I've been in shops 4x, I've called the support number 2x, I've sent VM OFF messages to 150 2x, the service is deactivated, but I'm notified daily that I have a message, I access the VOICEMAIL service and the recording says that I HAVE NO new messages, I've activated, called my number, left a message, accessed again, deleted and deactivated again, no solution.

The screenshot posted is of an email reply from EE retail store support, not CS. That support person has rightly referred you onto CS via the published contact numbers. The email also shows a mobile number and reference number, which is not wise to post on a public internet forum - hence the image will not approved for public view.

From the sounds of your latest posts, you are able to clear the voicemail notification but it's returning each day without any messages being left - is that correct?

Hi @GENIOUK,

Welcome to the Community!

If you give our team a call then they can look further into why this is happening, and get this raised to be investigated if needed.

Yes, I've done this twice, but they don't know what to do.

@GENIOUK  With voicemail active call your phone and leave a 10-20 second voicemail message then from your phone listen to that voicemail in full then delete it.

Then text VM OFF to 150

to activate voicemail text VM ON to 150.

Just deactivating voicemail doesn’t stop notifications and as it sounds like your voicemail has glitched and you need to do the above to clear the false voicemail message and then it will stop the notifications about missed voicemails
