I have the same problem. I've been with EE for years but the signal strength has only just become an issue. I'm glad to hear that, at least I'm not the only one. No help available from EE, just a promise of a text that never comes.

I'm having this same issue. My phone is next to me and doesn't ring, but I get a missed call text but nothing in my recent calls. When I phone back, the caller says my phone was ringing, so wasn't going straight to voicemail. Happening more and more....
