This is happening here in North West Norfolk, too. The signal has deteriorated badly in the past few weeks to the extent that making phone calls has become next to impossible and it's becoming really tiresome. It's not just one handset, as it's on all the phones in the family. The service checker tells me I've got a "good" service indoors but the reality is somewhat different. This hasn't been a problem in the past - something has definitely changed.

What happens when you hit the 'check status' button on the network status checker, @Streetworker01?
It will let you know if we're aware of any problems or maintenance works in your area.
