poor signal reception indoors

Dear EE Support,

I am writing to inform you that I am experiencing very poor signal reception indoors. Despite being in an area that is supposed to have good coverage, my mobile signal is consistently weak, making it difficult to make or receive calls and use data services.

Could you please advise on any steps I can take to improve my signal strength? Additionally, are there any known network issues in my area that could be affecting my reception?

Thank you for your assistance.

Have you Check service status having given your post code there on the Network Status Checker and reported your problem via that link?

The ultimate fix for poor coverage, is to reduce the distance between your phone & the serving site - so please support any planning applications for new network sites, these are often objected to by local residents.

If you're in the UK and have a WiFi connection, you can use WiFi-calling to keep using your phone as normal without needing network coverage, anytime you have indoor coverage issues.
