I have been having issues with mobile signal I only every have 2 bars indoors I get phone calls and they can't hear me or phone cuts out I'm worried about when main land line are closed down as I have medical problems and doctors ring me often but end up ringing my landline as mobile signal is rubbish EE have told me there nothing they can do as its a internal issue

Welcome to the community.

I understand your concerns about receiving calls. If you have WiFi at home, you may benefit from setting up WiFi Calling. It uses your WiFi signal to be able to make and receive phone calls, rather than the mobile signal.

It may also be worth checking our network status checker, to see if we're aware of any maintenance works in your area.

My son has done that for me and according to EE there are no issues in the
area this has been happening for a few years now but as I now have a lot of
medical issues I am worried about connecting to relevant people in a
emergency I never have more than 2 bars on my phone even after spending a
hour on the phone to EE and after several tests etc they said they can see
it drops out frequently but they say it's a internal issue I have moved the
router away from anything else it has nothing blocking signal
