My we 4g where I live went from great to worse

 this is extremely annoying due to me using 4g quite a lot the ping used to be 24 now it’s 763 because we have stronger signal well I can tell you something it may be stronger but it definitely isn’t better it’s worse

NO 5G connection on my phone for over 2weeks now

I’m not happy to pay the bill to be honest as I had no internet connection on my phone for over 2 weeks only indoor via WiFi but outside nothing
