I'm absolutely disgusted with my EE Sim the signal is horrendous. For months now I've had no signal at all in my partners flat. Can't make calls, text or go on the internet. I've complained 3 times now with no resolution. It's alot of money I'm paying out for nothing. I spend a lot of time at my partners as I'm also his carer and expected better from EE "the best network in the UK!!! Hahaha what utter bs. I've had to go out and get a second sim just to use while I'm at my partners costing me extra money every month on top of the price of this utterly useless sim. I want to cancel my contract but am told I will have to pay the entirety of my contract. So I'm stuck with a product that is not as described and not fit for purpose. Not happy at all!!

Does the predicted coverage on the webtool broadly match your experiences? https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker
All networks have good and bad areas, no network offers 100% national indoor coverage but WiFi-calling is an excellent mitigation for indoor coverage issues whenever they occur.
Poor coverage of itself is not a basis for early cancellation.

Says good coverage I checked before I purchased the sim. I have no coverage at all bit of a difference.

Indoor coverage is always dependent on the specific building and is a large reason for WiFi-calling. If the outdoor coverage is substantially different from the coverage prediction, this is something that should be raised within the first 14days of service. I'm assuming from your comment about cancellation, that you didn't do this.
Rule out a local coverage issue by using the "check status" facility on the webtool. Unfortunately all networks have good and bad coverage areas.
