Hello, I am having issues to with my iPhone 13 Pro Max. I am using a eSIM. I can make calls, but I can’t connect to the Internet. The 5G and 4G is not showing up on my iPhone 13 pro max I also contacted EE and they are looking into this problem for me.
also, I have travelled to a different town to see if my connection improved but it didn’t so so all I can say is keep reporting it. TEE and hopefully they all solve the problem. I am not the only one with the 5G and 4G no Internet at all. For 3 days now

If multiple users are having the same issues in the same areas, have they all reported them using the web status tool?

Lack of mobile data would be a symptom if you are seeing 2G coverage instead of 4G/5G.

Yes, I have use the link below The 5G and 4G The area is still down in my location . I will contact EE on Monday and see where it’s going with. It’s a pain when I can’t use the Internet at all.
