Since Thursday 16th we've had a TOTAL blackout including EMERGENCY SERVICE 4FS. EE are woeful, they clam it took 5 DAYS to START to investigate and will take another 5 DAYS to fix. Affecting 1000's of users. Unbelievably bad service.
