Resolved! GB News

Just moved my contract from BT broadband & BT TV to EE  broadband & TV , have set up the TV boxes but GB news is not listed in the TV guide, can/how do I get this? Are there other TV channels that I will no longer be able to receive on EE TV & why?

I have the same problem. But have received no text nor email to say its being disconnected.my number apparently is disconnected. have been trying to get in touch EE but its leading nowhere!Frustrating.

Keypad digits not working during phone call

I cannot select a number on my keypad when given options during a phone call so I cannot ring EE with the problem. As I can't select a number for the option I want it cuts me off. Urgent as other calls I need to make too.
