so this has been on going every since ee did work in the RM7 Romford area some months ago. what's happened to this no. 1 for many years running network. struggling  to connect or stay connected to the Internet.lucky if 1 bar to some times none to make calls. 3 different phones tried all the same. use to be faultless but since you keep on updating the area its just getting worse. I'm paying you to use 3g/4g and most times I'm using my WiFi. and I'm paying you for what exactly? took mum to hospital last week sitting in A&E waiting.everyone is making and receiving calls then there is me looking at no network coverage on my phone.... lovely.....I don't know what you're doing but please just fix it... I feel like I'm back on three network all over again. I use to get fully working 4g and full 4 bars at home to make calls.... what are you doing to ruin it. I always get texts from ee saying, you're working on network in my area but it never improves at all.

As a first-check, have you searched under "check status" on https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee ? Any known issues should be listed there, and if not - you can report problems.

I heavily rely on WiFi-calling in my home, there's nothing wrong with that - it's an excellent mitigation for indoor coverage issues, which are near impossible to completely avoid.

I did  network checker before posting this... if you like to use WiFi instead of network then that's your look out. I'm not paying ee a service to then have to use WiFi why should i. my choice to use it is one thing but having to use WiFi while I'm paying for 4g is another thing. as for reporting issues I have looked all over this site.  for that option. cannot see it no where.

The "report a problem" option is available immediately after using "check status" as below.

It is unrealistic to expect any network to provide 100% national indoor coverage, but WiFi-calling allows continued use of phones anywhere that wireless internet is available. Should any individual user not wish to use this for personal reasons, then you will need to accept the loss of ability to use your phone in those locations. You pay for access to the EE network, but that is not location or technology-specific.
