Both our phones are failing to make calls, both have signal but calls cut off immediately after dialling. We can Whatsapp call but no mobile calls working?
Resolution sorted. EE had changed our plan to data only. They couldn't explain why but re-instated our plan with extra data. All sorted via messaging on the phone. A very helpful EE Tech Support got to the bottom of it, and said it was nothing we'd done.
