Calls failing: both my wife and I have signal but all calls cutting off imme

For 3 days I have been unable to make or receive calls - Sim only package with EE - I have reset the phone and done all suggested fixes but no joy, all calls come back with 'call failed'. WiFi calling also fails saying 'unable to initiate call. HELP

Are you experiencing this problem in one location or everywhere?
