No network connection and unable to report to EE

I am currently experiencing no network.  I can't text as no signal

I have reported via X but EE say they can't deal with it that way.

Error message when checking coverage on the website saying "call us".  I have tried over wifi calling as fortunately my wifi isn't EE or BT because of service issues with BT previously.   Nothing is working

A 15 mile drive (I live in a rural area) has not picked up an EE signal.

WiFi-calling does not need to be with EE or BT to work - by design it's intended to work over any broadband connection with a wireless router.

It allows texts to be sent & received, as well as calls made & received. Try using the mobile app rather than the website checker, I've known one to work when the other doesn't.
