Resolved! 5G stops working

Can I ask why my iPhone 13 with 5G connectivity does not work. I have to wait for my 4G to be able to use it. 5G is meant to be better connectivity than 4G so why do I have to wait when I have 3 bars of service with my 5G?

Weak signal

Iam constantly getting droped calls it's so frustrating calls doesn't connect ive always experienced this issue with EE it's not the world best network iam not on my own suffering with a weak signal

Mast performance status

Do EE ever publish the status of their masts?  Every complaint about signal I make apparently is due to a faulty , damaged or disintegrated mast.  When I ask when will repairs be done the answer was “how long is a piece of string”. very helpful.
