Hi. I don’t have any EE coverage and data from two weeks. Before it was working amazing. No I don’t have even one line of signal. Just wondering if it’s something wrong with EE in ME139RL area?
I checked area coverage and there is not a problem. Nothing comes through router etc.

What device are you using? Is this on a phone or is it a broadband device of some kind?
Do you know any other EE users locally, and do they have similar problems? If you're using a phone, does it work in other locations?
The status checker you've tried, has an option to "report a problem"

I have one sim in Iphone 15 Pro and other in router Cudy BBB8. On both of them is nothing. It was brilliant connection two weeks ago, and has changed after weather got really windy.
I have got a coverage in other places. Phone works brilliant in the cities.
I put an option report a problem but it just appear “We can’t check our network right now”

Yes, a few other users have reported the same recently.
I can't run status checks from the website using a laptop, but it works OK using the mobile app.

I have checked with my friends and there is a general problem with most of the networks. From two weeks each operator is struggling here.
We tried to report but the answer is - there is not a problem.

I'm sorry to hear you're having these issues, and this seems to be a wider problem then you first thought. Are you able to use our WiFi Calling service to stay connected, and reach out to our Technical team so they can do some further digging?
