It appears I’m not receiving all my calls. Important ones from my work. I have done as per a previous chat I’ve seen in here to reset network settings. I did this 24hrs ago and my work still cannot contact me with a voice note stating this number is unavailable. Please can anyone advise what else to do

Is there any pattern to the numbers which don't reach your phone when they call?
Is the voice-note you mention, your EE voicemail?
