Full works package not calling or texting UK

Hello, I'm took out a full works plan yesterday before I flew to Europe today, my 5g is working but I can't make calls or texts to the UK. It says "the mobile number you have dialed is not accessible from your mobile phone"

Please get back to me yo help resolve this.

Disable dial assist and the add the country code.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Can you make calls to in-country numbers?

And is the problem consistent regardless of which local network you connect to?
