International Calls from Abroad to UK

I bought the £3 Rest of the World add on so I can make calls from Qatar to the UK, but when I try to make calls I get a message saying I do not have enough credit to make the call. I am on the £10 Monthly Pack

If possible, can you please pop me over a screenshot of the exact add-on you've gone for here? 

I just want to be sure you've gone for one that's intended for usage abroad, rather than calling abroad from the UK.

The £3 PAYG Rest of the World International Calling add-on is for making calls from UK to abroad, not the other way around.

To make calls or texts from abroad whilst roaming you would need enough PAYG credit to pay for them. Hence the error msg. Your pack is not valid outside the EU.
