Hi, so my mum and dad are going on holiday in a few weeks. They are going within the UK. My mums phone is on my EE account. How will she set up the EU roaming pass?

They/she'll receive a Welcome email on arrival offering the EU roaming pass.

They should remember to text ROAMING to 150 before leaving UK to ensure the roaming ability is enabled on their nos.
