Phone only shows up to 2g

Hi EE world,I have an odd issue where my phone only shows up to and including 2g.  To be honest, it does show 3g very briefly, if you hold the phone up and wave it about, but then almost as quickly falls back to 2g.  I've been using it for around 1.5...

Signal Keeps cutting out

Just lately my phone keeps losing its signal it’s always after about 2 minutes into call the other party cannot hear me although I can hear them
