Just wondering if EE or any other such connectivity guru can explain while roaming the woolly wilds of South London my connection is barely at 3G ? 
paying nearly £200 a month since their price hike !!! 😡

The price you pay has no bearing on the service level, but is this a recent issue?

I would assume the site providing 4G coverage to that area is off-service, but the 3G equipment on the same site is unaffected by whatever issue is present.
