Hi all,
since las t friday my mobile internet works very slowly or doesnt work at my work place. Signal is good and it was workling absolutely fine before last friday. Am having nearly 100gb to use on data. Restarted phone and settings. Still very weak mobile internet. Outside works perfectly. Am working in same work place and never been like this before. Mobile internet always works perfectly fine but since last friday its still super slowly or nothing at all. Also I havent dropped my phone too. Device is iphone 14 pro.
Is anything I could do moore ?

Are you able to try clearing your cookies and cache and then trying the status checker again @Dashike, as this will give you the most accurate information for your area.

Hi,
its not even loading any websites on my phone. On pc work computer still same after clearing cookies and cache `this service isnt working right now `.

If you're unable to access the network status checker, please call us on 150 and the team can check the area to see what could be causing the slow data for you.

Hi,
so I tried everything from new IOS update to take out sim card. Nothing worked.
But only worked when I changed Voice and Data from 5G auto to 5G on. No problems after this.
Hope this helps to others.
My device is Iphone 14pro.
