Can anyone give a real and reasonable explanation for the poor network coverage of this Company for both,mobile Internet and network coverage, whilst I am in the Uk?When abroad, anywhere else in the EU or other European countries, the network is strong,even if you are between tall,solid concrete or metal buildings,so exclude the phone issues.We do have a few spots of 5G here and there,but if you spend your day travelling around the country, you will realise that most of the time you may get 1 out of 4 bars of signal,and the internet is...moving,slowly, until it dies.

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing this in more than one area.
By any chance are you able to test your SIM in another device to see if this issue continues?

You've mentioned having a 5G phone, it's normal for this to show lower perceived 5G coverage than a stronger 4G one, just as in the early days of 3G & 4G.
There's nothing inherently wrong with "only" one bar, the onscreen indicators are only a guide and hide a complex calculation.
Do other EE users have similar problems in these locations?

Yes i did use the sim in a different phone for a short while when i swapped the phones a few months back,but still the same.

I would recommend trying a replacement SIM to see if this improves for you.

Hi,
I do use the phone to be more specific in both modes ,5G ,and when i set the "Power saving " mode on,automatically it uses just 4G or anything else under this speed if is the case.The same,not any noticeable difference network coverage wise.
I downloaded from the Play Store an app to check the network coverage, the intensity or/and level of signal,and seems to "have the same opinion" as the phones built in network indicator. And the best indicator for me is the slower than normal of the Internet connection, and the fact that when the phone line is bad,if i watch the screen,i have mostly one bar or none.

Good afternoon,
I just replaced the sim,no difference whatsoever unfortunately.
Still curious though why in the UK only i have this issue, but when abroad, the signal strength is way powerful 🤷

When you experience a network issue in a particular area, please report it via our network status checker so our network team can investigate.
