Hello, I have had a billing issue and my services has been cut off, I have tried calling 150 and 360 to resolve this but when I call the call just cuts off straight away, I have tried finding a live chat on the ee website but I cant find it, how do I contact ee to discuss my bill?

Hello @Chloe9428 ,

Welcome to the community,

If you had read some of the threads, there is an outage which EE are trying to fix urgently, so that is why you cannot ring customer service at this time.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

When I go to check my area it says no issues in my area 🤦‍♀️😂😂

It's not a specific area but a national outage.

Surely the area that we are experiencing the issues in should be red and not green?! Unless EE will try and say that the area I am in didn’t experience the issues so they don’t have to compensate us

Look on Twitter X as they are trying to fix it.

I’m not on twitter.

Is anyone else having issues not being able to ring mobile numbers or receive calls from mobile numbers? I can text and get face time calls but not a normal phone call or make a normal phone call to a mobile number.

EE are currently down..... Cannot call certain operators like Vodafone etc. Its all down to EE. They have decided to turn off their phones and live chats to prevent people calling in because its affecting such a large number. Its affecting everyone with EE. You can call EE numbers but can't call certain operators like Vodafone for some reason. EE have turned off their customer services so you cannot get through to someone, most likely due to such a big outage they wouldnt be able to handle the calls coming through. They owe us all a lot of money for today, as we pay for a service and they haven't delivered. This is disgusting service from a phone operator, when most of us are stuck in contracts,  to switch off support?!?!?!? I want compensating for the poor service today, I still can't contact ill family members, this is distressing.
