Hello, I have had a billing issue and my services has been cut off, I have tried calling 150 and 360 to resolve this but when I call the call just cuts off straight away, I have tried finding a live chat on the ee website but I cant find it, how do I contact ee to discuss my bill?

You may well have been able to make and receive calls ,lucky you, as a great deal of us couldnt , which overlapped 3 days, according to the people trying to contact me.
You must get paid a lot from EE,lucky you again.

Is there any option to be compensated? I also faced a localised outage this month so it’s been quite frustrating.

@starky , @Chris_B is a customer like you and me, he does not get paid by EE, none of us do, the only ones who do, are the community staff, please get your facts straight. I too have been able to make calls and receive them, it was just ringing customer service that did not work until Saturday, when I tried it and actually wrote that it was now working, are you now able to make and receive calls?

....and to add insult to injury, at the time ,on many occasions, EE showed that there was excellent coverage at my location.
Simply a big fat lie

@starky , not everyone has bad coverage, have you checked the service status area for you, rather than coverage checker, you can also register, report and you should then get updates. There are reasons why you may not get a good signal, could be buildings, trees etc, have you checked whether anyone else using EE has the same problem in your area?

Stop telling people the issues is resolved
it absolutely is NOT
i spoke to a lovely customer service agent who logged my complaint four days ago and has asked me to email them back (they provided email) when my service return to normal
Right now I have calls but DATA is abysmal, intermittent and when it works the speeds are dreadful
this is day four!
I was sold the initial outage as them upgrading the service , they’ve made is ten times worse

No lie there. A coverage issue would exhibit as no service bars on your phone. A calling issue exhibits as problems making or receiving some types of call when coverage is shown.
This issue was the latter, you're checking for the former.

If you have calls, then the calling issue is resolved.
Seems you have another, separate unrelated issue.

Well make it clear which area you're referring to then and don't start your pedantic nonsense with me!
Making blanket statements like "Thanks for your patience, the issue has now been resolved" when it very clearly hasn't been is infuriating
Regardless what unhelpful nonsense EE employees say in these forums, if you want actual reliable help go through official channels
These people here are nothing more than glorified janitors
I spoke to an actual EE employee who confirmed there is an ongoing issues in my area and accepted I've had the issue for a week, they then proceeded to credit my account with one months charges in credit
Cannot fault their response in this matter but please go through official channels, people here know nothing and are certainly not endorced by EE
