Hello, I have had a billing issue and my services has been cut off, I have tried calling 150 and 360 to resolve this but when I call the call just cuts off straight away, I have tried finding a live chat on the ee website but I cant find it, how do I contact ee to discuss my bill?

I have the same problem since yesterday. My line isn’t working. I am unable to make or receive calls. I can’t call 150. My partner tried contacting EE from 02 number but is not working.

Same issue here unable to make calls now for 2 days not ideal when working from home.
Online I check service it says service is good for my area no mention of this "known issue"
What compensation will customers be recieving ?
When will it be working again?

it either doesn’t connect or connects and then is silent, have checked the local network and all seems fine?

I'm having the same problem - just silent when I call then the call drops, switched my phone off and back on but it's still the same.

I have just changed to EE on recommendation absolutely disgusted if this is how they treat their customers I will demand to leavr my contract which they are not fulfilling and no way to contact them .

Just spoken to EE Business customer support and this issue is UK wide.
No ETA on when this will be resolved.
