Hello, I have had a billing issue and my services has been cut off, I have tried calling 150 and 360 to resolve this but when I call the call just cuts off straight away, I have tried finding a live chat on the ee website but I cant find it, how do I contact ee to discuss my bill?

Hi Debbie
I need technical help please, unable to make calls to new numbers from mobile. Suspect it's something to do with porting my number from previous carrier. Tried to contact EE customer services (from a different phone) on 3 different numbers but can't be connected.
Help!!
Is there a chat line or email address I can use? Or can someone call me?
Tried the diagnostics but no joy.
Thanks

Hello EE Support,
I’m in an urgent situation and need help immediately. Suddenly, my phone stopped working — it shows “SIM Not Supported” and I have completely lost network access. I am currently outside and had no way to contact anyone. I managed to ask someone to help me connect to Wi-Fi just to send this message.
I’ve tried Wi-Fi calling and attempted to reach EE support multiple times, but I haven’t been able to get through. Nothing is working. I even contacted Apple, and they confirmed that my device is fine — the issue is with the SIM or network provider.
I’m now back home, but still only have access to Wi-Fi. My EE SIM is not functioning at all, and I’m unable to make calls or use mobile data. Please help me urgently — I rely on this phone for essential communication, and I am stuck with no service.
Please let me know what I can do to fix this, or if you can escalate this issue right away

Thanks for reaching out,
Unfortunately there is currently an outage affecting EE customers calling. This has also brought down the customer services channels. My best advice would be to sit tight and wait for it to roll over as staff cannot do much. I appreciate it's not great but there isn't much you can do. I can give you a complaint email if you want?
If you really want to speak to someone, text Fault Advisor to 150 and they'll give you a callback but they are extrodinarily busy

They have come out and made a public statement that there is an outage but there is no further info at this time. It's very frustrating but it's one of those things you'll just have to wait it out. Sorry!

I imagine this is linked to the major network issues but it's always worth giving the Coverage checker a go and seeing if there is a fault nearby. As you can imagine everything is pretty swamped right now but data should be working. Have you tried a manual roam?

**bleep** EE just acknowledge there are issues and realise that you need to fix the network for your customers or at least let us get through to speak to someone!!
