I’m unable to receive incoming calls, but mobile data works fine. iPhone16pro max. Tried everything. Mobile data works. I can make calls

It looks like it is not just affecting EE/BT, but also all the other major networks.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

@Jurobond , there is a major outage, which EE are trying to sort out as a matter of urgency, and I have read, that all other major networks are having the same problem.

Hello @Odyone ,

Welcome to the community,

This has been extensively written about in other threads, there is a major outage with networks which EE are trying to rectify their end as a matter of urgency, it appears all networks seem to be affected by this outage.

Alas not, this was the suggestion of clickbait news sites.

The EE issue with calling, affected users of other networks who tried to contact EE users.

A lack of coverage is not a symptoms of yesterday's calling issues, you may have a different problem..

If you've not done so already, try toggling flight mode to ensure your phone hasn't "dropped off" available coverage.

Use the "check service status" option on https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker  in the first instance, to check for local service outages. The "report a problem" link should be used if no issues are reported but EE users continue to have issues.A loss of coverage will remove the ability to make/receive calls, send/receive texts or use mobile data.

If you're in the UK and have a WiFi connection, you can use WiFi-calling to keep using your phone as normal without needing network coverage.

Yes my mobile data is affected and calls are dropping but the service status page says "all fine"

It very definitely is NOT all fine

I don't even see the point of these service status webpages because they never are accurate

This is a well reported issue all across the internet and the EE website says no issue haha

Absolutely ridiculous

Will I be compensated for the 24 hours downtime?

Hi @Sophiejordan30

It depends when you try. It is working at the moment but other customers will also be using the service.

Thanks

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
Apparently they are waiting for the Land owner where the mast is to
respond. They cannot rectify the issues without the land owners permission
to access his land

The guide told me that if it is not up and running by Tuesday they will
credit my account.

I hope this helps.

But if you are able do contact EE or BT directly either text 150 or call
from a different phone if you can

different phone if you
