Unable to make calls or contact 150

Hello, I have had a billing issue and my services has been cut off, I have tried calling 150 and 360 to resolve this but when I call the call just cuts off straight away, I have tried finding a live chat on the ee website but I cant find it, how do I contact ee to discuss my bill?

There is a big outage that has caused a lot of customers not to be able to make & receive calls including to 150.

Why is EE network down? I can't make outgoing calls or get incoming calls ?

Can't make or receive calls apart from one in from a number not in my contact list and one outgoing (intermittent) to a known landline.

All others say call failed before dialling, and similar messages on other mobiles phoning my number???

Annoying having a phone that doesn't work as a phone!!

Have tried turning off and on, removing sim, turning all focus off, airplane mode off, wifi calling also doesn't work, but WhatsApp does?

WhatsApp is an internet-app which uses an internet connection. It routes in-app traffic within the app & associated servers, to other app users. It doesn't use the mobile network to route any traffic beyond mobile data.

It is now 8 hours that I can not make phone calls from my mobile, some numbers will work but most of them not.

When trying to contact EE from my landline (as my is not working) their lines will not work. some of them do ring but will cut off after a short while.

Having exactly the same issue, my call is connected but absolute silence on the other side, and have now had a message stating the service is not available at the moment! 
this is pretty bad as even calling BT (they are the same company after all) doesn’t work, absolutely awful. There should be an online chat service at the minimum to assist customers who need help. (Although my issue has been ongoing for 2 months )

What is happening can’t make or receive calls. There needs to be some urgency here.

no phone signal in sheffield or anywhere from 0800 today tried the usual turn off etc no working self employed sparky here!!!

no coverage still 19.33hrs

Yes I am having to same problem. I am unable to make or receive calls. I cannot contact EE either. The news said there were outages with EE and BT.
