Since my ex and kids move to Glebe Farm in Milton Keynes.
.. Nearly a year ago..There is no signal at all.. Inside or outside.. No way to answer a call or use mobile data..
I was reporting it to EE by chat and by phone months ago..And nothing happens..
I know that I can use wifi calling. But.. Really?
It is really annoying..
Never have issues with signal.. Except there..
Make it work.. EE

Hi @Elvis079,
It was a link to our contact page I was sharing to help you get in touch with our Technical Support Team who can help you.
You can dial them directly from your EE phone on 150.

Are other EE users equally experiencing poor coverage in this location?
You've alluded to having a 5G phone, is there any difference to service if you disable 5G or force 4G - depending on your device's menu options. This is a good test of whether fringe coverage is the problem.

I was trying my simcard in thee different phones..
This area has no EE coverage... O2 for example working fine.. On the same phones.. As I said.. No signal reception in there.. And EE does nothing about it..

@Elvis079 HAve you tried the Ofcom coverage checker?
https://www.ofcom.org.uk/phones-telecoms-and-internet/advice-for-consumers/advice/ofcom-checker
Not sure of your postcode, but I tried
MK17 8XU seems EE and Three have no coverage.

If this is a poor coverage area, then often the only solution is to build a new network site.
