I have no idea what’s going on with my signal, but over the last few days it’s been awful I’m only getting 1 bar if signal and my 4g is super slow, I am in the southsea area and only been here for a few months and always had amazing signal, it was that good I could watch films off my data whilst waiting for my wifi to be installed,  my husband is also with EE and having the same problem, I’ve been on coverage checker and status and apparently no issues so I’m so confused why all of a sudden it’s really bad??

Did you check our Network Status Checker?

The coverage checker is slightly different, and the status checker will make you aware of any issues.

The signal bars are only a rough indicator, and there's nothing inherently wrong with "only" having one bar - my phone has exactly the same..

If there's no issues reported, I'd suggest using the "report s problem" option against both your & your husband's numbers - to send details for further checks.

Yeah I have tired the signal status and also reported the issue, got a text from EE today saying they couldn’t find a fault, i understand sometimes signal isn’t great because of structure of a building etc and I used to work for EE and moving where I am in October my signal has been excellent but it’s just very strange all of a sudden my signal and 4g is so weak .. doing the speed test before I was getting 135-140mps but now only getting this .. that’s what I can’t get my head around and I’ve not had my SIM card in my phone that long so I know it’s not a sim swap issue
